Reducing noise

I do not know what I am doing but a lot of my pictures have been noisy recently. Maybe because we are not long past the shortest day that the light is not good enough.

I have had a quick look and I have managed to find some software that reduces noise. These are what I found so far:

Imagenomic

I will have a proper look at them tomorrow but at least I have found something from having a quick look.
